Unwrapping Ancient Wisdom in a Post-Modern World
Every Saturday morning, beginning at 9:00 a.m., congregants gather in our Mautner Learning Center to study the weekly Parashah (Torah Portion). The discussions are led by congregants, and all levels of Hebrew and Torah understanding are welcomed, including beginners. If you have wanted to bring some Torah into your life, this is the ideal way to start your Shabbat.
Bagels and coffee are served along with lively and informative discussion about what our ancestors had to say about the stories of the bible. Occasionally Rabbi Berk or visiting clergy are invited to lead us in Torah study. Study is concluded in time for everyone to join us for Shabbat morning worship at 10:30a.m.
